San Jose, California. – October 17th, 2023 – Genians, the industry pioneer in NAC-driven Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, will be attending the Korea-Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Innovation & Trade Forum 2023 at the Hotel Presidente Intercontinental in Mexico City on October 18 & 19, 2023.
The event is jointly organized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea (MOEF), the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM), and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), all of which will engage in a series of panel sessions with the aim of identifying clear avenues of cooperation between Korea and LAC to boost trade and investment, foster mutual investment, and promote technological innovation.
During the event, Genians’ Co-founder/CTO, Kyeyeon Kim will join the session “Securing the Digital World: Protecting Businesses and Society in Korea and Latin America & the Caribbean” as a panelist. Kyeyeon, a pioneer of the IT security industry in South Korea, will share his insights into the most effective ways to fortify IT security systems, reduce risks, and enhance responsive strategies in the face of cyber threats based on his successful cybersecurity career over two decades.
Also, since Genians has many customers in the government and public sector in South Korea, Kyeyeon will share his experiences to highlight the critical role of public-private partnerships in shaping and advancing cybersecurity policies and initiatives, emphasizing the profound impact of cross-border collaborations in the unceasing battle against cybercrime.
